Only pursue shallow, immediately pleasurable experiences. Don't challenge yourself in any way or delay gratification.
Do what is expected of you by others instead of what you personally value and find interesting.
Beat yourself up over every mistake you make because you should have known better.
Constantly compare yourself to others and become envious of them rather than grateful for what you have.
Blame everything on someone else. Take no personal responsibility.
Spend as much time as you can online. Scroll and consume as much as humanly possible. Forget how anyone survived before smartphones.
