curry goat, casio, and running
This post is part of my "Three Good Things" (3GT) exercise. If you want to learn more about how I practice 3GT, I wrote a brief summary here.
I got a curry goat plate from a Jamaican stand at the night market. It was a burst of flavors unknown to my repetitive and relatively unadventurous diet. I like to try different cuisines when opportunities arise, and Jamaican has been a personal favorite ever since I got some incredible jerk chicken from a food truck a few months ago.
I was able to remove a link from my new Casio watch to make it a bit more snug on my wrist. I also sized and cut my new belt so I can finally get rid of the old tattered one I've been wearing. So today has been a measurable upgrade to my wardrobe.
I went for a run. It was my second run back after a long hiatus, and my body is holding up so far.
