This post is part of my "Three Good Things" (3GT) exercise. If you want to learn more about how I practice 3GT, I wrote a brief summary here.

  1. I completed my nine hour drive without incident. I listened to a bunch of podcasts and noticed I was enjoying not being distracted by my phone or any other responsibilities.

  2. I did some squats this morning.

  3. My friend Z texted me. We haven’t talked in months now that we live so far away, but I hope he is doing well and maybe we can continue catching up. During my drive I was reminiscing on some of our antics when we were younger.
